Conversation routing is defined as the rule which determines who among the participants should handle the conversation depending on set criteria.
You can use conversation routing to apply a set of rules to assign conversations to your various team members. You can either choose to notify everybody (recommended for small teams) or automatically assign conversations to agents on a round-robin basis. ‘
With the 'Notify Everybody’ option, Kommunicate will send notifications to all team members and whosoever acts first, will be assigned the conversation.
